Marilyn Swick\u2019s passion for acting began in Columbus, Ohio as a teenager and the rest is history. Today she is a proud SAG-AFTRA actor and an accomplished producer, director, and writer. She loves to work behind the camera as much as in front of the camera. She shares her time between Boston, Houston and Burbank.<\/p>\n

Marilyn attended the New York Film Academy and earned her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.<\/p>\n

When not on set, you may find her competing at AQHA shows with her horse Allie in the HUS events or at AKC shows with her sweet and devoted Dobermans, Zoey & Lexi, who are both Grand Champions. Zoey and Lexi are typically written into her scripts and yes, they have their own talent agent.<\/p>\n

She is a long-standing member of Women in Film and Television Houston and Los Angeles, most recently serving on the Executive Board of WIFT-H as Vice-President and previously served as Secretary. As a proud SAG-AFTRA member she volunteers on various committees, including the SWAN Awards and the annual SAG-AFTRA Awards viewing parties. She was humbled to be honored at the 2018 SWAN Awards event in Houston as a female film-maker and receiving a proclamation by Mayor Sylvester Turner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
